I recently was fortunate enough to be able to buy a house and come to find out this company built the home and it’s been a really great experience since buying the home. The quality is amazing, and they are very friendly and they gave me a 1 year warranty just in case I had any problems with the home. Recently I installed HVAC in my home and I took out the ductless unit and they helped me fix a couple panels on the outside wall and they did that from the kindness of their heart. My wife and I are very proud and happy to have this beautiful home especially since they are not like any other new construction companies where they just get the home done fast with the lowest quality. Love this company! Love the builder! Go with them for anything you need :)

APT came in to save the day. I had already been let down by two previous contractors which resulted in lawsuits and a horrendous amount of money lost. VK and his colleagues came in, remedied the poor work that had been done previously and the finished the project beautifully. The project began in March 2021, and 4.5 years later APT comes in, fixes and finishes the job with A+ workmanship, customer service, and it took less than a month!!!
Afraid you’ll never find an honest contractor? Look to APT. I recommend them with the highest praise.

VK and his crew did an amazing job replacing our siding and painting. Outstanding communication throughout the entire process. They addressed issues and questions promptly. Most of our 80’s original T111, trim and door were rotten. He took the time to explain what needed to be done. This is my first time having a home that could be painted and he made the whole process less stressful. They took the time to do mock ups of siding/trim choices along with paint combinations. We will definitely be repeat customers and whole heartily recommend. The music was an added bonus.

We had our house siding replaced with James Hardie planks, the windows trimmed, a sliding door replaced, fascia boards replaced and the entire house painted! APT replacement the fence on the west side of our property. They did an excellent job and we are very pleased with the result. They did it just the way we wanted.
